Wishing all our clients, colleagues and friends in Kazakhstan congratulations on this landmark day – the 25th Anniversary of the Constitution.

The average Constitution lasts only 19 years, and yet Kazakhstan’s has weathered economic turmoil, been flexible enough to allow the establishment of the Astana International Financial Centre and has secured the rights of every Kazakh Citizen.

Much praise goes to the Constitutional Council, under former Chairman Igor Rogov and current Chairman Kairat Mami, for maintaining and promoting the Constitution and we salute all those dedicated to the rule of law in Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
